Thank You! for supporting Harrisonburg’s International Festival, which is supported entirely through generous contributions like yours. Please find below our plan to acknowledge your generosity and good will to celebrate our language and cultural diversity. All contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed under the law.

Sponsorship Levels

Friend: $150 donation receives a listing in the day of event program.
Bronze: $250 donation receives a quarter-page advertisement [2½” wide x 4” height] in the day of event program.
Silver: $500 donation receives a half-page advertisement [5” wide x 4” height] in the day of event program.
Gold: $750 donation receives a full-page advertisement [5” wide x 8” height] in the day of event program and recognition on Festival poster in font sized relative to gift.
Platinum: $1,500 donation receives a full-page advertisement [5” wide x 8” height] in the day of event program and the opportunity to have your corporate or individual name in the title of a project or event featured at the festival and recognition on Festival poster in font sized relative to gift.
Diamond: $3,000 receives a full-page advertisement [5” wide x 8” height] in the day of event program along with the opportunity to have your corporate or individual name posted on a sign and/or banner at the festival denoting sponsorship and recognition on Festival poster in font sized relative to gift.

Benefits for All Festival Sponsors

• Inclusion in Donor Listing on the back page of the day of event program.
• Invitation to participate in the Festival Business Networking area, which includes listing as networking participant in Festival program (deadline 09/04/15). Please note that we cannot provide electricity and businesses must supply their own setup of tables, chairs, tents, etc.
• Recognition on Harrisonburg-International-Festival.org and fairfieldcenter.org web sites for one year, with a hyperlink to donor website.
• Full-color International Festival posters for display

• Water Sales/Giveaways are reserved solely for Festival Fundraising to strengthen water-bottle and water sales; all other organizations are specifically requested not to give away or sell water anywhere at the Festival.
• Deadline for ads in the Festival program is SEPTEMBER 4th at 5 pm, (included as benefit for sponsors $250+.) Ads must be submitted copy-ready in black & white in jpg format.
• Participate in Business Networking Area – your chance to reach out to all Festival-goers!
• Ad languages: The Festival program is printed in both English and Spanish and you may submit ads in one or both languages. The Festival does not offer translation services.
