To start your application process as a food vendor at the 2018 Festival, please submit the following interest form.
After this form is completed our Food Vendor Coordinator will follow up with you with more information about your acceptance, registration process, and day of the event logistics. Please note: filling out this application does not ensure acceptance. We reserve the right to preference international-themed food and ensure variety. This year we have an entirely new than in the past due to a new setup. Please read these provisions and guidelines carefully as many things have changed. Submitting your application means that you have read this entire document and that you agree to the provisions and guidelines.
We will consider your application for each event we have for the year and will notify you if you will be invited to participate with us at a festival. Again, sending an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Cost – $200 per space. Payment is only due once you have been accepted. We prefer payment by check or money order. A $50 charge will be assessed for returned checks. A separate cleaning deposit check may be required for certain events if vendors abuse the clean up process.
Method – We accept payment by credit/debit card, check, money order, or cash. Cards are processed through FairField Center’s Services Payment page (select Harrisonburg International Festival – Food Vendor as the Service Branch). Checks can be made out to FairField Center and be sent to or dropped off at 111 E Market St B, Harrisonburg, VA 22801. Cash may be delivered there as well.
Deadline – As mentioned, you will be notified on August 1 of your acceptance. Your payment and all necessary Health Department documentation is due on August 10. If we do not receive your payment and necessary documentation by then, your space will be assigned to another food vendor.

Refund Policy & No Show: Any food vendor who has not arrived by 11:00am, and who has not notified the event coordinators of a late arrival will be considered a no-show and will have their space re-assigned, with no refund given.
